Cute Printable Brachiosaurus Puzzle – Preschool Cut And Stick Worksheet

Printable cut and paste worksheets for preschool and kindergarten - differentiated dinosaur puzzle

Here’s a brilliant Brachiosaurus puzzle for your little learners to practice their cutting and sticking skills with.

This cut and paste activity is easy to prepare (just print off and grab some scissors and glue) and can help your children develop those important fine motor and problem solving skills.

Although puzzles like this may seem simple to us, there’s actually a lot of skills that are needed to solve a puzzle like this.

Firstly, they’ll have to have decent cutting skills to be able to cut the pieces out neatly enough that they line up when placed on the grid (you may need to help them with this though if they find it tricky at first).

Once the pieces are cut out neatly, they’ll have to work out how to maneuver the different pieces so that they all go together to correctly make the picture.

There’s two difficulties, one with the Brachiosaurus outline so your children can see how it should look and one without – if they’re using the harder version, then they may have to use their imagination, memory, or a bit of both, to think about what the final picture should like.

They’ll then have to have good fine motor skills to be able to place and stick the different pieces to the grid correctly.

  • Cutting and sticking – they’ll need good cutting and sticking skills to carefully cut out the puzzle pieces and arrange them correctly on the grid
